Le Grand Concours 2010 - Information now online!!
Austin College Summer Language Institute - Austin College, in Sherman, will offer its annual week-long summer institute for high school teachers of French, German, Latin and Spanish July 18-23, 2010.  The Institute offers a language immersion experience for teachers and helps them share teaching ideas and materials. All expenses of the Institute are provided at no expense (room, board, materials);  the teachers must pay for their own transportation to Sherman.

Teachers can visit the Austin College Summer Language Institute website http://cml.austincollege.edu/Institute2010/  for more information and to download an application.  Space is limited, so teachers are encouraged to apply early. The application postmark deadline is April 30. We encourage all interested language teachers to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to study with the Austin College faculty and enhance their language skills. If you have questions, please contact Johanna Sandlin, at jsandlin@austincollege.edu .

Please pass this notice along to other language teachers. We are grateful to the Sid W. Richardson Foundation of Ft. Worth, for its generous support of the Institutes for several years.
