Where Nero was born and his reign

Nero was born in Antium, but soon became ruler at the age of 17 when his mother killed his uncle, Emperor Claudius. For a few years he was known as being generous, and mild mannered. Then in 59 AD he started to become more evil, and had his mother killed.
